Drumbeg is a beautiful park with lots of nice rocks formation to see on the beach. We also saw 2 crows fighting an eagle which was pretty impressive. They flew around bashing each other just like old war planes! Very Quiet and relaxing place by the sea.

Another scenic Gabriola park. Snuneymuxw and Lyakson First Nations territory. Forest trails, ocean sounds, plus an outhouse. Walking around the shore isn't too difficult, but can get slippery down along the rocky beach where the houses are. Views of Gabriola Pass, which has some dramatic tides, there are mellow coves good for non motorized boating too. Good spot for animal spotting and picnics.

one downside, locals again have there dogs off leash when signs require them to be on leash.

great windy park that i stopped to cook up some lunch. washrooms were in decent shape for november, but no lock on the men’s outhouse. 2 picnic tables and a few benches. not much parking, so it could easily get busy in the summer.
